SIFA does not cover return shipping for international exchanges.

Q: How are refunds processed?
Refund Method: Gift card only (no cash/bank refunds).
Deductions: 10% handling fee + original shipping costs.
Timeline: 7 working days after return receipt.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, within 7 days if:
Unworn/unwashed with tags.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
